Hi there!
Not many people know about this until now but I’m listed for a double lung transplant at The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane.
The Common Good is the fundraising arm for the hospital and it raises funds for urgent research that will hopefully one day stop people like me ( and my family and friends) from going through this.
I am riding in the Australian Unity Tour de Brisbane to raise funds for life-changing transplant research!
Organ transplants save lives, but they also change lives in the most profound way. By riding for transplant researchers and recipients, I am doing my bit to help those impacted to live healthier for longer.
Donating to my ride helps researchers reach life-changing medical breakthroughs.
In particular, the funds raised will help to continue research into organ transplants and related conditions like heart disease, lung disease, and ICU care.
It costs just $48 to fund an hour of research with The Common Good. That means every dollar counts.
